Fantasy Royale (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy applies to data we collect as a controller when you participate in our branded, free-to-enter fantasy sports contests, challenges, or promotions (collectively, the “Contests”), interact with our websites, applications, and related services, interact with our branded pages on third-party platforms (i.e. social networking services), subscribe to our news and offers, contact our support channels, or apply for employment (collectively, the “Services”).
The following are a few examples of categories and uses of information we may collect from you when you participate in a Contest or use our Services:

Sensitive Information Disclosure. We collect a limited amount of sensitive personal data (as defined under California and other U.S. state privacy laws): (i) Social Security number and government identifiers (such as a driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number), collected only from prize winners (for tax reporting on prizes valued at $600 or more) and from job applicants; (ii) government identification and date of birth, used to verify your age and to verify prize winners; and (iii) precise geolocation, used to confirm your eligibility to enter a Contest (for example, to apply state-specific eligibility rules) and to help detect and prevent fraud. We do not collect sensitive personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; the contents of your mail, email, or text messages; or health information. We use sensitive personal data only for the purposes described above and do not use or disclose it except as permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121. You may request that we limit our use of your sensitive personal data as described in the User Rights section below.

The sections above describe our main purposes in collecting your data, but often we have multiple purposes. For instance, if you enter a Contest, we may collect your information to perform our contract with you. We maintain that data so that we can easily address questions about ongoing Contests. As a result, we have various bases for the collection and processing of your data.
We may share your information in the following ways:
Sponsors and Brand Partners: We provide data to sponsors and contest hosts, who may use it for their own marketing and promotional purposes, subject to their privacy policies.
Advertisers and Marketers: We may license or share audience data to trusted third parties for advertising, promotions, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Service Providers: Service providers are vendors who may support contest administration, communications, and analytics and may run our website, conduct surveys, provide technical support, process payments, and more.
Analytics: We use Google Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to help us understand how users interact with the Services. Firebase collects information such as device identifiers, app interactions and usage data, diagnostic and crash data, and approximate (IP-based) location, and processes it on our behalf as a service provider to provide analytics. We have configured Firebase for analytics purposes only, and we do not permit Google to use this data for its own advertising. Firebase event data is retained for up to fourteen (14) months. Legal Requirements: We may share data without your consent to comply with laws, regulations, or legal requests. We may share your data to establish or exercise our rights, to defend against legal claims, and to investigate, prevent, or act on possible illegal activities, threats to safety of person or property, or a violation of our policies.
Professional Services. We may share personal data with our professional service providers, such as auditors or lawyers.
Other Disclosures with Your Consent. We may share your data with third parties when you consent or direct us to.
Some areas require us to disclose whether the following categories of personal data are collected, shared with third parties for a “business purpose,” or “sold,” or transferred for “valuable consideration.” The table below indicates the categories of personal data we collect and transfer in a variety of contexts. We do not sell your personal data for money. However, we share personal data with our sponsors and brand partners for their own advertising and marketing purposes, and we use cookies and similar technologies for targeted advertising. Under California and other U.S. state privacy laws, these activities may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data, or as processing for “targeted advertising.” You can opt out of this sharing as described in the User Rights section below and through the “Your Privacy Choices” control in the app’s Profile tab. Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and you must be 18 (or the age of majority in your state) to register for an account or to enter a Contest. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the information below and we will delete it.

Access: You may request access to your personal data or confirmation that we have data about you.
List of Third-Party Recipients: You may request a list of specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information. Some areas also allow you to obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed personal information. You can find that information in the table above under the “Information Sharing” section.
Correction: Most of our websites allow you to change your account profile. If our website does not permit you to update or correct certain information, you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data by contacting us at the address below. We may keep historical data in our backup files as permitted by law.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information. If required by law, we will grant such a request, but note that in many cases, we must keep your personal data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for other business purposes.
Opt-out of Targeted Advertising. You may opt-out of online tracking based targeted advertising and of the sharing of your personal data through the “Your Privacy Choices” control in the app’s Profile tab, or by submitting a request using the contact information listed below. We also recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals enabled by customers on their web browser or web browser extension as valid opt-out requests where required by applicable law. Please note that your opt-out preference signal will be applied only to your current browser and device. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Data Portability: Receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
Opt-Out of Marketing Emails: You may provide us with your email address to allow us to send newsletters, surveys, offers, or other promotional content, as well as targeted offers from third parties. You can stop receiving such emails by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of those emails. If you choose not to receive such emails, we may still send you service-related communications.
Revocation Of Consent. Where we process your personal data based upon consent, you may revoke consent. Note, if you revoke consent for processing personal data, we may no longer be able to provide you some types of services.
Not all the rights above are absolute, and they do not apply in all circumstances. We may limit or deny a request because the law permits or requires us to. We will not discriminate against individuals who exercise a privacy right.

You may exercise the above rights by contacting us via the contact information below. If you disagree with our denial of a request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at the email address listed below, with the subject line “Appeal.”
We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within forty-five (45) days, extendable where permitted with notice to you). We will require you to prove your identity when making most types of requests. We may verify your identity by phone or email. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, the Contest you participated in, or the date of the last Contest you participated in. We may also ask you to send us a signed declaration confirming your identity.
In some circumstances, you may designate an authorized agent to exercise rights on your behalf. If you are an authorized agent, you must provide written authorization, signed by the person on whose behalf you are acting, showing that you may act on their behalf.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we are required to inform you about a security incident, we will do so electronically, in writing, or by phone, as the law permits.
Some of our websites permit you to create an account. You are responsible for selecting a unique and complex password and keeping it confidential. You are responsible for any access to or use of your account by someone who has obtained your password, whether or not you approved of such access or use. Notify us of unauthorized use of your password or account immediately.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. This includes the purposes of satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
We may provide links to websites and other third-party content or services that we do not own or operate, especially when conducting co-branded partner promotions. The Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where privacy laws may be less protective than those in your jurisdiction.
By providing your email, you consent to receive promotional communications from us.
All marketing emails will include a clear unsubscribe link.
Sender information will be truthful and non-deceptive.
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised version with a new effective date. If changes are material, the Notice that was in place when you submitted personal data to us will generally govern that data unless you consent to the new Notice.
