Official Rules — applicable to all Fantasy Royale in-app giveaways
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern each free-to-enter giveaway sweepstakes offered inside the Fantasy Royale application that references these Rules (each, a “Giveaway”). The Sponsor of each Giveaway is Fantasy Royale LLC (“Sponsor”). For each Giveaway, the Sponsor will announce in the Fantasy Royale application: (i) the prize and its approximate retail value (“ARV”); and (ii) the date and time the entry period begins and ends (the “Entry Period”) (collectively, the “Giveaway Details”). The Giveaway Details are part of, and incorporated into, these Rules for that Giveaway. No prize offered under these Rules will have an ARV of $600 or more; a giveaway offering a prize with an ARV of $600 or more will be governed by its own separate official rules, not these Rules. Each Giveaway is a separate promotion, and entry into one Giveaway is not entry into any other. No Giveaway is endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by the National Football League (“NFL”) or any NFL team, league, or player association, and prizes are not represented as game-worn, authenticated, graded, or certified unless expressly stated in the Giveaway Details.
Each Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, EXCEPT residents of Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of primary residence, if higher) at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the members of their immediate families and households, may enter, but are not eligible to win; if such a person is selected, an alternate winner will be drawn. Each Entrant must have a Fantasy Royale account with a valid and unique email address and be the rightful owner of that address; in the event of a dispute over an entrant’s identity, the entry will be deemed made by the person in whose name the email account was opened. Each Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
To enter a Giveaway, log in to your Fantasy Royale account during that Giveaway’s Entry Period and tap the entry button displayed in the application for that Giveaway. No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter or win any Giveaway, and a purchase or subscription does not improve your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person and per account per Giveaway; additional entries or entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are void. Creating a Fantasy Royale account is free.
The prize for each Giveaway, and its ARV, are stated in the Giveaway Details. Limit one (1) prize per person per Giveaway. Each prize will be shipped free of charge to the Winner at a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (or delivered digitally, if the Giveaway Details state a digital prize). Each prize is awarded “as is,” and the Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned or substituted by the Winner; if a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. Each ARV represents the Sponsor’s good-faith determination of retail value; no refund or credit will be given for any difference. Other restrictions may apply.
For each Giveaway, one (1) potential Winner (or the number of potential Winners stated in the Giveaway Details) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Giveaway’s Entry Period, conducted by the Sponsor within three (3) days after the Entry Period ends. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THAT GIVEAWAY. The potential Winner will be notified via the email address associated with the entry and must respond as directed within seventy-two (72) hours of the first attempted notification; if a potential Winner does not respond timely, is ineligible, or declines the prize, that entry will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. A potential Winner may be required to verify eligibility and to complete a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) before the prize is shipped. No prize will be awarded until any required documents are properly completed and returned.
By entering a Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects, and agrees to release and indemnify the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in a Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Acceptance of a prize authorizes the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, voice, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unintelligible entries or communications; technical malfunctions, lost connections, or transmission errors; or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a Giveaway if fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control impairs its administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct, and in such case to award the prize by random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment. The Sponsor may disqualify any person it believes is tampering with entry or operation of a Giveaway or acting in violation of these Rules.
ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR THE SPONSOR, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE-OF-LAW OR CONFLICT-OF-LAW RULES. IF ANY PROVISION OF THESE RULES IS HELD INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any Giveaway or any prize will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver provisions of the Fantasy Royale Terms of Use (available at https://fantasy-royale-legal.netlify.app/terms), which are incorporated into these Rules by reference. By entering, each Entrant agrees to those provisions.
Each Giveaway is sponsored solely by Fantasy Royale LLC. No Giveaway is in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any Giveaway in any manner. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding a Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Apple or Google.
Information collected in connection with a Giveaway is handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fantasy-royale-legal.netlify.app/privacy.

For the name of the Winner of a given Giveaway or a copy of these Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope identifying the Giveaway to: “Fantasy Royale Giveaway” Winner List or Rules, Fantasy Royale LLC, 9121 West Russell Road, Suite 119, Las Vegas, Nevada 89148, within ninety (90) days after the end of that Giveaway’s Entry Period. (Vermont residents may omit return postage.)
